Curriculum Vitae
Education
- B.Eng. in Biomedical Engineering (with Minor in Neuroscience)
- City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong
- Expected Graduation: June 2029
- Current GPA: 2.9
Research Experience
- Undergraduate Research Assistant (January 2026 – Present)
- Department of Neuroscience, City University of Hong Kong
- Supervisor: Professor Qihong Lu
- Project: Cross-Cohort Validation of the Anosognosia Crossover Pattern in Subjective Cognitive Decline
- Validating the anosognosia crossover pattern (self-reported > informant-reported concerns at low severity, reversing at higher severity) across ADNI (n=867), AIBL (n=1,193), and A4 (n=4,447) cohorts
- Comparing five harmonisation methods; selected demographic-only residualisation as primary (identified circular reasoning in severity-mapped approach)
- Conducting biomarker stratification (amyloid PET, APOE ε4), floor/ceiling analysis, measurement invariance testing, and longitudinal within-subject gap trajectories
- Statistical analysis using Wilcoxon signed-rank, Jonckheere-Terpstra, OLS with cluster-robust SE, bootstrap CIs in Python and R
- Manuscript and supplementary materials prepared; targeting Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease
